Our fire-rated wooden doors are designed to provide 30/60/90/120 minutes of fire resistance while maintaining an elegant look for modern interiors. Available in both single and double leaf options, these doors are perfect for residential, commercial, and institutional applications. DOOR CONSRUCTION DETAIL 1. Frame - Door Frame made out of Hardwood Mirandi/Teakwood as per req. 2. Shutter - Internal frame made of Hardwood Timber 3. Shutter Infill - Wool Insulation with Calcium silicate board 4. Vision Panel - Fire rated glass 60-120 minutes rating 5. Intumescent fire/smoke seal 10x4 - 2 nos on all three sides of frame 6. Intumescent fire/smoke seal 20x4 - 1 nos on all sides of shutter except Bottom 7. 3mm to 6mm Commercial ply on both sides of shutter 8. Doors along with the Hardware's of approved or selected Brands RECOMMENDED FINISH Door Frame 1. FR Primer with paint finish Shutter 2. Both side Laminate/Veneer or FR Primer with paint finish
